Universities in Portugal

Post-graduate studies in Portugal contain university and Poly Technic educations and will be presented by high study state and private institutes. Private high study will also be presented in universities, non-exhaustive colleges, poly technic institutes and high study schools.

High educational system in Portugal divides to two sub systems:

University Studies and non-university high studies (Poly technic education) which will be presented in self-governed state universities, private universities, poly technic institutes, and other high educational private institutes. In private university institutes generally courses of Management, Anthropology, Sociology, History, Economy and Psychology will be presented. Portugals Catholic university has been established by the command of the Archbishop and is officially recognized by Portugals government.

The two mentioned high study system (University and Poly Technic) are related to each other and there is the possibility to move in between. It is also possible to shift from a state institute to a private one, and vice versa.
